It is necessary to choose a visual aid that is appropriate for the topic and audience.
So we sit comfortably. Not having any support for the neck, but otherwise just siting comfortably. And we close our eyes

And then we notice how things are coming and passing. Feelings, sensations in the body, experiences and of course thoughts. We just allow all these things to come and pass as they want to. Everything is allowed to be exactly as it is, not pushing anything away. No ideas that it should be different from what it is. We just allow the moment to be as it is. We are not interested in what is coming. We are not interested in analyzing anything, or getting involved, or following thoughts. Everything is allowed to be as it is, even thinking. Even thoughts are allowed to come and go. We don't push away anything. We are not interested in anything particular. We just allow the moment to be as it is. Not interested in anything at all. Sitting here, doing absolutely nothing

And if thoughts are trying to grab attention, we just remember the instruction: not interested. We don't push any thoughts away. We are simply not interested in them. We are just sitting here, allowing the moment to be exactly as it is, whatever comes and goes, including thoughts. Not interested in anything at all. Just sitting here doing absolutely nothing

If emotions are arising, we treat them in the same way as everything else. We just allow them to be here. We don't try to push them away. We don't try to fix them. And we don't run away from them. We just allow everything to be as it is, including rising of emotions. Same with all other kinds of phenomena - body sensations, maybe seeing some light, or images, or pictures from the past - not interested in it. We just allow it to be here, not pushing anything away, but not interested in it. It can be fascinating, but we treat it just as some phenomena coming and passing. Not interested for the moment. We just sit here, allowing whatever comes to be here, not interested in anything particular and doing absolutely nothing
