Every session lasts 4 hours. You can join the meeting any time, and you can leave any time
During meditation please stay still. Christer will give activation to you individually if your face is well seen close to the camera with enough light, on the front (not from aside). If you have a virtual background in Zoom, please put it off.
To perform the activation Christer has to see your face and your upper body. Please no eating, no talking, no working with devices... Just be still, following the Non-Doing Meditation instructions. When Christer has finished working with you he will put your video off.
If you want to get more activations, you can leave a Zoom session and join again, with your video on. Christer will give you more activations - one by one in the order people join the meeting
Non-doing Meditation instructions:
You just sit with closed eyes and stop all search, all analysis, all trying and investigation. Stop all doing. Just notice things coming and going inside you: experiences, sounds, feelings, bodily sensations and thoughts, coming and going in a continuous flow, one replacing the other.
We just allow the present moment to be as it already is, not pushing anything away and not interested in anything specific arising.
Even thoughts are allowed to be here, we don't push away thoughts. We are simply not interested in them, but they can still be there in the background.
